 As a child, I’d lay hands on horses in the serene prairies of Wyoming. And question various aspects of spirituality. I was in tune with the frequency of Earth.

Then, I fell into mainstream beliefs. My interactions with energy and spirituality began to disappear. Life happened. I started telling myself stories. The stories you tell yourself.

 I felt invisible. I felt I was not enough. I felt fear. And I tried everything to heal myself. Therapy, yoga, shopping (hehe). None of it worked. I was desperate and frustrated that I wasn’t “getting better.”

A life-altering divorce brought back my energetic and spiritual encounters. It wasn't until then. I threw myself into various modalities (from Reiki to channeling). I became a student to further understand myself. And to understand why I had specific fears.
