What is a NLP coach?
I help motivate you to overcome obstacles caused by your emotions. Together, we’ll change your thoughts and behaviors to achieve your desired outcome. You’ll feel empowered.
You’ll develop the abilities to neutralize hurdles on your path to success. It also will reduce anxiety and improve your well being. Sounds great, right?
But this isn’t a cookie cutter program. Remember, I said it wasn’t "one-size fits all"? Let’s break it down.
Your brain has a logical side (left side) and creative side (right side). You use the left side of your brain to make decisions and solve mathematical equations. When you’re creating a story or thinking about the future, you’re using the right side of your brain.
The difficulty arises when the logical side of your brain thinks it knows best, and the right side thinks it knows best. Your brain gets into a wrestling match. Guess what the result is?
You get stuck. You can’t make a change.

What does a life coach do?
That’s a loaded question. The simple answer: help you achieve your goals. I use scientific techniques and research, along with Eastern modalities. I help you become the best version of yourself.
Are you a life coach or therapist?
I’m not a licensed therapist. Yet, you’ll find that I might be similar to one. I am board certified in Hypnotherapy and in Eye Movement Integration. I created Reprogram For Success and Quantum Consciousness Integration™️. And I have advanced certifications in PSYCH-K®, ThetaHealing™, Zero Point Acceleration, Light Code Activation, and Reiki.
Do you accept payment plans?
I want you to be in financial abundance. We accept payment plans for your programs, but not for individual sessions. If you want more information, please contact me.
What's your cancellation policy?
I ask that you cancel or reschedule 24 hours before the appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance of the appointment, you will only get half of your money back.
Where are you located?
I have my in-person appointments in Los Angeles. If you aren’t based in Los Angeles, we can meet virtually.
